If you are an NDIS participant (self or managed plan), you may be able to access funding for Change Ahead Mental Health Service sessions.

If you have served at least one day in the Australian Defence Force (including Reservists) you may be able to access funding for Change Ahead Mental Health Service sessions.
Just ask your GP for a Referral and Mental Health Treatment Plan.
Kate is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker who can provide Clinical Supervision for Social Work & Mental Health Clinicians.
